Pricing on the website

Pricing shown on the Services page is our standard public rate. Custom quotes override it. Pricing is subject to change with notice; existing clients get 30 days' notice before any rate change to their plan.

If you become a client

Services delivered under a managed-IT or other ongoing engagement are governed by the service agreement signed at onboarding. Those terms supersede anything on this page if there's a conflict.

Liability

We do our best, but software has bugs, hardware fails, and the internet is the internet. Our liability for any single matter is limited to the amount you've paid us in the preceding 12 months. We carry professional liability insurance and are happy to share details on request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada.
