Campers connect to your sign-up network, see a simple page, pay $34.99/month or $120/year by credit card, and get the real WiFi password emailed and shown on screen. You keep the revenue (less Moneris fees). We run the platform.

Camper joins the open sign-up SSID, phone auto-pops the signup page. No URL typing.

Self-serve portal

Campers manage their own subscription — update card, cancel — without calling the office.

Monthly password rotation

Passwords rotate on a schedule. Existing subscribers get the new one emailed automatically. Casual freeloaders get cut off.

Encrypted card storage

Cards saved with AES-256-GCM, ready for next month's auto-charge. No tokens via third parties — we built the pipe.

See active subscribers, refund a charge, message a camper, override a zone. One page, runs from your phone.
Pricing

No platform fee for new campgrounds in 2026.

For the first season we onboard a new campground, we charge a one-time setup (which covers the controller config, captive portal setup, and signage), and we take a small per-charge processing markup on top of Moneris.

Year two and beyond, there's a modest monthly platform fee that scales with your active subscriber count — designed so we're rooting for your usage to grow.

Per-campground pricing depends on your network footprint. We quote after a 10-minute call.

RGM Campground — the first deployment.

The system runs at RGM Campground in real production today — captive portal on Unifi gear, Moneris in live mode, monthly billing through a Cape Breton-built admin tool. Campers sign up, pay, get their password, and switch networks. Operator clicks "Mark Applied" once a month to push out the new password.
