Office hours Mon–Fri 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM AST — outside those hours the toll-free number rolls to whoever is on-call. Please note we work by appointment only and don't accept walk-ins, so give us a call before stopping by and we'll have someone ready for you.
How fast can you respond to a same-day IT support request in Sydney?+
For business clients on a managed plan, we cap same-day response cutoffs by tier — Starter is calls before noon, Silver before 2 PM, Gold before 3 PM, Platinum before 4 PM (see the /services page for the full matrix). For one-off business calls without a plan, we do our best but can't guarantee same-day — call early in the day for best odds.

Can you help residential / home users in Sydney?+
Yes, on a case-by-case basis at our standard $75/hr rate — no residential discount. If you've got a home office setup, a home network, or a personal computer problem you can't wait to solve, we'll book you in. We just don't market residential the way we do business support.
