How fast can you respond to an ATM downtime call?+
Same-day for full-downtime calls in most cases — the machine is either paying customers or it isn't, and we treat 'not paying' as urgent. If we can't get on-site the same day, we're on-site next business day. Rural locations sometimes take longer depending on parts.
Do you work on ATMs you didn't sell us?+
Yes. We service machines we've never touched before all the time — you just need to know the make and model (or send us a photo). Most common brands in Cape Breton are ones we're already familiar with.
What does an ATM service call typically cost?+
Emergency on-site service is charged hourly, plus parts if any are needed. A typical service call for a jam, paper roll, or common error is one hour plus travel. Scheduled maintenance is quoted flat per visit — it's the cheaper way to run a machine long-term.
Can you help us add an ATM to our business?+
Yes — we handle the whole thing. Machine selection based on your foot traffic and space, install, cash-flow setup, network configuration, first fill, ongoing service relationship. Also happy to walk you through the business case before you commit; sometimes an ATM makes obvious sense, sometimes the numbers don't work.
Do you handle EMV and PCI compliance updates?+
Yes. Card-network mandates change on their own schedule and machines that miss the deadline can be blocked from processing. We track the requirements per machine model and roll updates onto your fleet before the deadline hits, so you don't find out the hard way.
Can you manage the cash — filling, forecasting, reconciliation?+
We do this for our own fleet of machines around Cape Breton and can absolutely do it for yours. Includes per-machine cash forecasting so you don't run empty, scheduled fills on your preferred rotation, and balance reconciliation against your transaction reports.
